Congratulations on being accepted into the Active Duty Officer (ADO) Green-to-Gold Program. We look forward to working with you in the near future. Prior to arriving, there are a few things worth mentioning to ensure a smooth transition into the program and to the United States Army Student Detachment (USASD). The USASD has an intranet site below dedicated solely to G2G Students while assigned to the program that will answer questions you may have about processes and procedures. There are also Common Access Card (CAC) requirements and technical requirements for computers that must be met to be able to access the portal.

All Students must have a CAC Card and CAC enable computer to access systems:
1. A CAC Reader if no CAC Enabled Computer is available.
2. All Students must have .army.mil email that has been migrated to Army 365.
3. Meet system requirements to access the SharePoint.
If at any point of the technical requirement process you need assistance, links are provided on the page to help you access the system.
Once you’ve met the requirements above, it’s time to log onto the site. Scroll further down the page and look for In-Processing instructions. Prior to leaving this page, you will be asked to print the HR and Finance In-Processing checklist, dated 2018, which list the required documents needed to complete on-board in-processing. If you need assistance regarding how to access certain forms, please refer to the frequently asked questions to search for the answers.
To begin In-Processing, scroll to the subject “SharePoint Link” and click on the link OR you may scroll to the top of the page under “useful links” and click on the SharePoint hyper-link, then follow the prompts to log-into our site. Part of the process requires your CAC ID. The USASD Home Page will pop up with a message from the Commander. Please read the message and click on the In-processing radial button to start. The In-Processing instruction page will pop up. Follow the instructions to complete steps 1-4.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Service Members are not authorized to report early to the program. Students may only report 5 days prior to the start of their first class. The Student Detachment does not have the authority to authorize early reporting. To prevent delays during our high-volume seasons for both current students and newly arrived students, documents submitted to on the website/SharePoint prior to your report date will be deleted from the system and you will be required to submit all documents again IAW your report date.
Additionally,
• No representative may In-Process or submit documents on your behalf.
• Supporting documents will ONLY be accepted in a 1 Single PDF file format. (JPEGS or photos are not accepted)
• If problems arise while in school, it is imperative that all parties involved at the University or Training Facility (i.e. your training agency, programs manager, assignment, and USASD) are fully aware of issues that arise, especially problems that affect your duty status, academic standing or training program graduation date. The USASD Commander must be notified of all issues that affect the Cadets Status.
