USASD In-processing


 IN-PROCESSING

U.S. Army Student Detachment (USASD) will now be In-Processing Students through our SharePoint Portal. All Students are required to use a CAC Card accessible computer and the use of their Army 365 email for authentication to gain access to SharePoint. SharePoint and USASD Staff communications will be directed to your Army 365 email account upon submission of your documents. No exceptions will be made to communicate through any other non-Enterprise email accounts.

Do not create a SharePoint file or submit your documents early without approval. You may submit NET 10 days before your report date. Early reporting requires approval from USASD Commander.

In order to access your A365 (Outlook, MS Teams, and One Drive), see follow instructions below from S6.

Part 1: Establishing A365 Entitlement

1. Log into ATCTS (URL: https://atcts.army.mil/iastar/index.php) to ensure Cyber Awareness is up to date and IT user agreement is signed.

2. If not complete on cyber and\or user agreement, complete your Cyber Awareness training and sign the user agreement. URL to training and agreement: https://cs.signal.army.mil/login.asp

3. Update MilConnect MACOM to reflect TRADOC/Initial Military Training. URL: https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/ (Select the 4th Block: "My Profile" ; select the MIL tab to update your MACOM to TRADOC/ Initial Military Training.)

4. Send your DoDID number from your CAC to michael.mew.civ@army.mil, freddie.k.peto.mil@army.mil, or leando.henderson2.civ@army.mil to establish your A365 Entitlement.

5. Your A365 entitlement provision process usually takes 24-48 hours.

Note: If you DO NOT have government furnished equipment, proceed to Part 2.

Part 2: Accessing A365 with AVD and\or Hypori

1. Read the attached NETCOM message.

2. Read the attached Hypori-AVD Instructions on HOW TO establish connection to A365 either using your computer and\or mobile devices.

3. If you have any issues with the instructions or cannot establish connectivity with AVD and\or Hypori, call AESD @ 1-866-335-2769 for assistance under the mobility prompt and choose other.
