Purpose: Provide staff and contracted personnel with training guidance and information required to assist and support the Initial Military Training (IMT) mission.
Phase Scope: The IMT Installation Staff and Contractors Training Course (ISCTC) is designed to provide personnel who, in the execution of their duties, come into daily or frequent contact with IMT Soldiers. Civilian personnel and/or contractors assigned to perform work at an IMT installation will attend the ISCTC to become familiar with and learn TRADOC IMT rules and regulations.
Phase Prerequisites: In accordance with Training and Doctrine Command Regulation 350-6, Appendix B: All installation staff, medical and dental personnel, Clothing Initial Issue Point/Central Issue Facility employees, DFAC employees, bus drivers, drug and alcohol representatives and contract personnel who, in the execution of their duties, come into daily or frequent contact with IMT Soldiers. Active duty IMT personnel should attend training prior to assuming IMT duties or, no later than thirty (30) days after assuming their IMT duties.
